Diamondback Stringworks Announce The Release Of Their Latest Customized Guitar

Husky Burnette and the brand new "Snake Charmer" custom guitar from Diamondback Stringworks

Since launching Diamondback Stringworks in March 2013, 21-year-old A.J. Hancock has built custom guitars for such roots royalty as Peewee Moore, Husky Burnette, J.B. Beverly and Steve Earle. The business blossomed from a passion honed over the course of five years until Hancock perfected his skill at building one-of-a-kind banjos, electric guitars, mandolins and pick-ups.

Hancock recently announced the release of his latest custom-made guitar, aptly named the SnakeCharmer. Featuring a robust body made from natural materials including supple African mahogany, the guitar also boasts rosewood fret-boards, an elegant inlay of pearl diamonds with snake scale engravings, custom wound humbucker pickups and a convenient carved arm rest for comfort.

Developed in conjunction with Jim Burkhart of Rivermont Paint and Body, the innovative SnakeCharmer was designed with rockers and blues players in mind, but will also become a quick favorite amongst the country scene.

Currently, there are four guitars available, including one in a natural finish, a Cherry Red gloss option and one in Flat Black with intricate Red and White pins-striping. All will include chrome hardware unless other specified before construction is complete.
